EVM Mempool Inspector

Inspect the EVM mempool / pending transactions on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BSC, or Avalanche. With no address or tx id: a gas/fee snapshot — current and next-block base fee, priority-fee percentiles (p10/p50/p90), suggested low/medium/high all-in gas prices in gwei, and the pending block's tx count. By address: the count of pending txs plus a nonce-gap read (confirmed vs pending nonce); public RPCs do not expose the individual pending txs, so this is a count, not a listing. By tx id: whether the tx is still pending plus a "stuck" diagnosis — its max/effective gas price vs the current base fee and median priority, and a sender nonce-gap check.
