These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, platforms, tools, and services provided by Zero Authority D/B/A Trajan (“Zero Authority,” “Trajan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to https://www.zeroauthoritydao.com (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Legal Structure and Nature of the Platform

Zero Authority operates as a decentralized ecosystem and digital coordination platform. Some components of the Platform may involve decentralized governance mechanisms, blockchain infrastructure, community coordination tools, and autonomous systems.

You acknowledge that:

2. Eligibility
