EVM Calldata Encoder

Encode ready-to-sign EVM / Solidity calldata (the 0x… hex for a transaction's data field) for a contract function call across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BSC, and Avalanche — the inverse of the EVM Transaction Decoder. Fetches the verified ABI from the explorer (proxy-aware — encodes against the implementation ABI while the call still targets the proxy), or accepts a caller-supplied ABI fragment for an unverified contract. Pass the contract address, function name, and arguments in ABI order; viem handles arg coercion (uint/int/address/bool/bytes/tuple/array) and overload resolution. Returns the call target, function signature, 4-byte selector, and the full calldata. Read-only — it only returns the bytes; it never signs or broadcasts a transaction. Pair with a simulator before signing.
