# Post a bounty and pick winners

You will have a funded bounty onchain, with the reward locked in a smart contract and paid to the winners you pick.

## Connect your wallet

## Pick or create a campaign
Each bounty sits in a campaign (formerly called a hub) for your project. Select yours, or create one with your name and details. [Full guide](https://zeroauthoritydao.ai/docs/work/bounties/create.md)

## Write the brief and set the reward
Add a clear title and description, the reward and an end date. Choose how the prize is shared: one winner, several winners splitting it equally, the top 3, or a custom split (up to 10 places). [Full guide](https://zeroauthoritydao.ai/docs/work/bounties/create.md)

## Post it onchain
Review the details and post the bounty. The smart contract locks the reward, and everyone can see and enter the bounty. You can also ask Nova in the web chat to draft it and sign the card it opens. [Full guide](https://zeroauthoritydao.ai/docs/nova/zadao-ecosystem.md)

## Select the winners
