# Hire a creator with a gig

You will have hired a creator with funds held in a smart contract, and paid them once you approved the work.

## Find a creator

## Send an offer
On the creator's profile, press Offer and choose Fixed or Milestone. A milestone gig can have up to 5 milestones and an end date. [Full guide](https://zeroauthoritydao.ai/docs/work/gigs/milestones.md)

## Create the gig onchain
Write the gig details, review them and create the gig onchain. The payment is held in the smart contract until you release it. The creator then accepts the gig onchain. [Full guide](https://zeroauthoritydao.ai/docs/work/gigs/v2.md)

## Review and release the funds
When the creator submits deliverables, open Sent gigs and review them. Confirm the release of funds with a comment, then rate the gig onchain. On a milestone gig, mark each milestone complete to pay for it. [Full guide](https://zeroauthoritydao.ai/docs/work/gigs/v2.md)
